Information I may collect

You may give me information about you such as name, address and phone number, by filling in forms on my site or by corresponding with me by phone, email or otherwise. I take notes from/about counselling and supervision sessions.
This website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to market my services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. In order for some of these technologies to work properly, a small data file (“cookie”) must be downloaded and stored on your device. By default, I use several persistent cookies for purposes of session and user authentication, security, keeping the User’s preferences (e.g., regarding default language and settings), connection stability (e.g., for uploading media, using e-Commerce features, etc.), monitoring performance of my services and marketing campaigns, and generally providing and improving my Services. All my dealings with you and any information that I have about you is confidential except when I may have a professional or legal obligation to share, such as my supervision, child protection issues, terrorism, money laundering, radicalisation etc.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although I will do my best to protect your personal data, I cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted over the internet, via email, internet messaging, skype, facetime etc. Once I have received your information, I will use strict procedures to prevent unauthorised access.

Access to information

You can request access to the personal information that I hold about you. In most circumstances I will provide this for you to view in a session. If I refuse your request, I will tell you why. You may request amendments to the personal information I hold about you that is inaccurate or out-of-date. If you request that I delete your personal information, I will take all reasonable steps to do so unless I need to keep it for legal, auditing, professional or business purposes.
